Fixed Rent will often refurbish your property at the commencement of the agreement. We benefit because the property is brought up to a high standard, which in turn makes it more desirable to the lettings market. You benefit because your property is returned to you at the end of the agreement, often in much better condition than it was handed over.

All this can sometimes be arranged at no cost to you.
