• We offer a 3 year agreement.
• Fixed Rent becomes your tenant.
• The rent is agreed at the beginning and this is paid directly into your bank account, monthly in advance, the first payment being made at the commencement of the agreement.
• We will then seek to rent your property out to quality tenants. We will pay for all the costs usually borne by the landlord such as inventories, tenancy deposit scheme, EPCs, cleaning, reference checking etc.
• During the term, Fixed Rent will cover and pay for all day to day maintenance, such as a washing machine breaking down or a leaking tap.
• We will pay your rent whether the property is vacant or occupied and whatever happens to the market or economy.
